Was overall good experience to stay, the suite was good and comfortable

Some upkeep ifcthe room left room to improve.Location not so good and no view from room.

Did not have breakfast. Room was great. Service was good.

Did have some food and a drink at the bar. It was okay. Chicken was TOO salty.

The brand name

The have the worst house keeping staff . I forgot my stuff in the hotel on checkout and called them immediately. They confirmed that they have managed to find it and have kept it in lost and found. When I came back and asked for it they could not locate it. They had no idea about who had found it and where it was kept. No system at all. Bunch of inefficient staff.

Location

The staff and how inefficient they are. Lost my things and no one took any accountability of it. Bunch of inefficient and ill trained staff

Only Location was convenient

Front desk staff wasnt helpful and had no care for our need. Also there was no clear information with them on the details booked through booking.com. The room prices in their invoice were higher and which they adjusted later. They weren't aware that breakfast was included and were charging us. We had to time and again show the booking.com confirmation voucher to explain the details.

The Salmon steak disk was awesome.. Room service.Breakfast is elegant.

1) The Shaving blade is horribly blunt; Hope its not a a sanitised recycled one.. Half way through the shave, it was pulling hair, no clean shave and stretching and peeling the skins.. Like how a blade behaves, after 10 shaves. 1) Was feverish, and Asked for a paracetamol (OTC med) in the reception ; They said Not available; I told even to check the first aid box, which is common.. They said No; Quite surprising; Atleast they could have guided me through or sourced it, after all it's an Over The Counter medicine.

Well appointed rooms and bathrooms and super clean and comfy too.

Nothing much TBH, everything was good.

I had forgotten my headphones in the room. I was called up from the hotel to inform me about it and I picked them up om way to the airport. These HPs are the expensive ones. Thanks to the staff

Different dining options with good food and drinks. The room was a nice big size. Breakfast was decent, but staff were really nice. Would stay here again if I was in the area

Rooms aren’t as sound proof, I could hear people talking in the hallways and was nervous what they could hear from my side.

Very comfortable and quiet rooms, there was an Indian flutist on restaurant entrance in the morning that melted my heart ❤️

Facilities like bar and sauna could be a bit better

Reasonably close to the airport

The hotel needs maintenance. Rooms are run down. One of the TVs in suite not working.

It was not clear while i was booking that there was no night stay in this i booked for 9 and 10 under impression of having a night stay and it was an awakward situataion when i reached there kindly reply at [email protected]

Unfortunately from start to finish this has been frustrating.11th - 12th April 2025 Despite making 4 phones to the hotel (with no answer), an online message and an email when we arrived for check in, we did not have our passports. We are living here and employed so forgot. Despite having scanned copies of all passports and FRROS (that other hotels have gladly taken) Radisson did not accept. So my husband had to drive 45 mins back to our house then 45 mins back to the hotel. Once in the room it was lovely (family suit with 2 kids). Pool was closed on 12th and 13th for an event. But when we got the pool (on 11th) we were told that we couldn’t go in but the children had already entered so they allowed us for a short while. Food was nice for lunch and breakfast was good.At checkout there was a disagreement as they wanted to take out credit card details although previously taking it at check in. They said they have not charged us at check in.Upon checking out our card was charged twice. Therefore we had to turn around and drive back to the hotel to fix the problem. Untrustworthy, not professional and should never have been charged twice for a room.

The room was spacious. I've gotten a free upgrade on the room. But what the front desk did not specifically informed me was, the upgraded room is on a smoking floor and I don't smoke. Luckily, not many guests smokes during my stay, so the smell was bearable. Otherwise, will certainly request for a change of room. Breakfast variety was good. You can order dosa however you want it and freshly made masala dosa was great. Room service food was good too, but nothing to shout. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary water bottles.

For my room, though been upgraded for free, I've been put onto a smoking floor. The front desk should've informed this specifically as I always asked for non-smoking floor. For breakfast, would be good to have more variety of international dishes. The same food was served every day. Getting Uber to head out for dinner from the hotel was a nightmare. Could be the location of the hotel, but we could not get any driver at all.

The ambience was good. The room was clean.

The reception was unresponsive on calls. Had to walk down to them personally multiple times.

Completely Run Down Property with most ordinary room with no proper lights and washrooms are horrible

We arrived around 12 We were assigned rooms We informed front desk when checking in we need extra beds for both rooms .We went out to explore Delhi and when we came back the beds were still not in the rooms

It was overall a very pleasant stay, was travelling for work and ended up reaching early. Ms Raveena was there to assist me in the reception. She made it possible for us to freshen up and also get the room a little early. Thank you for the gesture. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay there
